СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ КОНСТРУКЦИИ ДИФФЕРЕНЦИАЛА ПОВЫШЕННОГО ТРЕНИЯ ДЛЯ АВТОМОБИЛЯ "ФОРМУЛА SAЕ" НА ОСНОВЕ ПРОГРАММЫ " <I>SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION</I>"

The use of self-locking differentials in sports cars due to the need to stabilize the car on the highway, better manageability and reduce the time cornering. And as is known to the finish line first come those cars that offer all the benefits. To achieve them, an analysis of various designs differentials, discusses their advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of which was chosen as the most optimal design based on the use of the vehicle and the development of the differential under the car "Formula Student". Differential tests were carried out at special places and directly at European competitions in Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary and Russia.Применение самоблокирующихся дифференциалов в спортивных автомобилях вызвано необходимостью повышения устойчивости автомобиля на трассе при высоких скоростях, улучшения управляемости и сокращения времени про­хождения поворотов. Для решения этих задач был проведён анализ различных конструкций дифференциалов, рассмотрены их преимущества и недостатки, была выбрана наиболее оптимальная схема дифференциала и разработана его конструкция для спортивного автомобиля "Формула-студент". Испытания проводились на специальных полигонах и непосредственно в период проведения европейских соревнований в Германии, Нидерландах, Венгрии и России
